All purchases of package, tickets and services are subject
to published conditions of sale and conditions of entry which
applies and as stipulated by the Sepang International Circuit.
All ticketing information pertaining to prices, availability,
shipment, delivery procedures & dispatch may be changed,
updated or varied at any time by www.f1-malaysia.com, Aidid
Creative & Communications SVC, any or all of it's appointed,
associated parties, staff, employees and owners within it's
consent without giving any prior notice or signing any reason
whatsoever.
PAYMENT & TRANSACTION
All purchases are deemed confirmed only upon acceptance of
FULL payment by www.f1-malaysia.com, Aidid Creative &
Communications SVC, any or all of it's appointed, associated
parties, staff, employees and owners within it's consent.
Every secured & fastidious care are taken to ensure the
ultimate safety in every transaction. However, www.f1-malaysia.com,
any or all of it's appointed, associated parties, staff, employees
and owners within it's consent, are not liable to any negative
implications or manner which could be remotely possible to
occur.
ACCEPTING & REJECTING PURCHASE
The owners reserve all rights not to transact any purchase
made upon the basis of non-complimentary or unsatisfactory
credential in any manner that the owners seemed applicable.
The accepting, refusing to accept, rejecting, refunding all
rebate and return on any purchase made from or through www.f1-malaysia.com,
Aidid Creative & Communications SVC, any or all of it's
appointed, associated parties, staff, employees and owners
within it's consent, lies solely on the discretion of it's
owners. The owners reserve all rights to not transact upon
any purchase made without giving any prior notice or signing
any reason whatsoever. The owners also reserve all rights
to admit, include, allow, participate or associate, any purchaser,
trade or individual, with every respect to good welfare, harmony,
etiquette policies or safety and would be protective and would
not hesitate to safe guard other participants, members, clients
and all individual interest that would be seen as a negative
association or threat in any manner whatsoever.
CANCELLATION.
Any cancellation do not warrant a refund. No refund or rebate
will be made upon any cancellation of purchase. Replacement
of nominee/s or person/s to attend the event will however
be permitted in view of any cancellation to be notified not
less than 30 days before the event dates. Replacement of nominee/s
or attendee must be made & confirmed in writing not less
than 30 days before the commencement event dates. Replacement
nominee/s are to be verified in writing by the original paid
purchaser or member. Further cancellation or substitution
of replaced nominee/s nominee/s or person/s are not possible
under all circumstances thereafter.
GENERAL LIABILITIES
www.f1-malaysia.com, Aidid Creative & Communications SVC,
any or all of it's appointed, associated parties, staff, employees
and owners within it's consent, are not liable for all negative
implications and cannot be held responsible for any loss of
any kind as a result of any misdemeanour, lack of due care,
concern or act of irresponsibility by the purchasing party.
All decisions to accept or reject any orders, purchases, applications
or appeal are final & in full respect to www.f1-malaysia.com,
Aidid Creative & Communications SVC, any or all of it's
appointed, associated parties, staff, employees and owners
within it's consent.
CHEATING ENDEAVOUR, ATTEMPTING TO DECEIVE
AND FAKE CREDIT CARDS.

any or all of it's appointed, associated parties, staff, employees
and owners within it's consent, WILL WITHOUT HESITATION, provide
full cooperation in every possible avenue and assist the governing
authorities or policing ascendancy domestically or internationally
should there be doubts arising and leading to any suspicion
of an attempted fraud. Full cooperation will be rendered leading
to eventual apprehension or arrest upon any individual or
parties attempting to cheat, deceive or manipulate all honourable
and virtuous financial payment transactions which discredit
the rightful.
